Q: How many requests can I submit?
As many as you like! I’ll work on them one by one.
Q: How fast will I get my design?
Most design requests are delivered within 1–2 working days. More complex projects might take a bit longer, but you’ll always be kept in the loop.
Q: Who’s behind Himgrafis?
Himgrafis is a one man creative studio run entirely by me Hidir Ibrahim. I handle every design personally, so you always get consistent quality and direct communication.
Q: What design tools do you use?
Mostly CorelDraw for layout and Print design and Figma for website or digital assets. I can use Canva for easy collaboration with clients.
Q: What if I’m not happy with the design?
No problem! Revisions are part of the process. I’ll keep refining until you’re fully satisfied with the result.
Q: Do you offer refunds?
Refunds aren’t available for completed work. However, cancellations and partial refunds may be considered within the first 7 days.
Q: Will I get source files?
Absolutely. You’ll receive source files (.CDR / .EPS, .PSD, or .FIG) along with ready-to-use exports.
